Youth Convention

            Youth Convention is one of the premier spiritual events for Louisiana churches.  It is the largest single gathering of Assemblies of God believers in the entire Louisiana District.  Numbering in the thousands annually, students and youth leaders from across the state gather on the Good Friday & Saturday before Easter to worship, seek the Lord, and even have some fun.

            Youth Convention is not a knock-off of other student conferences (ATF, etc.).  Our primary focus is to not only see students saved and re-dedicated to the Lord, but to also see students baptized in the Holy Spirit, delivered from bondage and called to full-time vocational ministry.  This is also a great opportunity for students to connect with other like-minded, Spirit-filled, Assemblies of God students, build lifelong relationships with friends they will see at other LYM events.  And it’s a great time for Youth Leaders to connect and network.

            One former National Youth Director has said that what we see in our Youth Conventions today is what we will see in our church services 10 years from now.  Be a part of the future now & bring your students to experience LYM Youth Convention!
